Camino PR’s managing director makes PRWeek’s Women in PR list

Lauren Gray included in inaugural list of top PR industry leaders

Today, PRWeek announced that Camino PR managing director Lauren Gray is included in the inaugural Women in PR list. The list features inspiring women, who raise standards within their organizations and the industry. The women on the list are high performers who exceed business goals and achieve creative excellence as communications industry trailblazers and innovators.

As managing director, Gray oversees Camino’s team of staff members and provides senior-level communications strategy and media relations expertise to shift public narratives toward justice. She has a law degree and deep experience with legal, policy and issues-based communications. In 2015, Lauren joined the steering committee for PR/PR/PR, New York City’s progressive public relations professionals group.

Before joining Camino, Gray served as communications director for Service Women’s Action Network (SWAN), where she worked with then executive director and former Marine Corps captain Anu Bhagwati to mobilize national support to address military sexual assault and advance the full integration of women into combat roles. She also worked for the Delaware Department of Justice, Office of Attorney General Joseph R. Biden, III.
