Camino Public Relations named Crisis Agency of the Year

Honored for innovation in crisis communications with Bulldog Reporter’s prestigious gold award

NEW YORK — Today Bulldog Reporter announced Camino Public Relations as this year’s Crisis Agency of the Year gold award winner. Bulldog Awards are judged by working journalists who designate Gold awards for entries with “unprecedented high scores,” making this award uniquely prestigious.

“Crisis communications is a rapidly evolving field, and helping clients make headway with entrenched social problems requires a unique blend of data-driven strategies that we are thrilled to be recognized for, said Elizabeth Toledo, President of Camino PR. “Journalists are facing a new landscape in the coming year regarding controversy, and PR professionals have the opportunity to help the media promulgate truthful and insightful content that will bridge conflict and heal divides.”

Camino engages headline-dominating social challenges ranging from gender equality to criminal justice reform with a unique, data-driven approach to strategy.

“Thank you Bulldog for this honor, and for recognizing the global impact that PR can have on society’s most pressing concerns,” said Pablo Toledo, Executive Vice President of Camino PR.

Camino is also nominated for the top Best in A Crisis Campaign award from PRWeek. Camino previously won Bulldog Reporter’s award for Best Small PR Agency for Corporate Reputation and Good Works as well as PRWeek’s Nonprofit Campaign of the Year.
